Advanced Endoscopic Sinus and Skull Base Surgery

Dr. Satish Nair has mastered himself in the field of Head and Neck Surgery and he is keen on devising new approaches and techniques that are minimally invasive and can improve the quality of life of patients in addition to curing the disease. Skull base surgeries are routinely performed by open approach due to the complex anatomy and the nearby critical structures, but open approach leave the patient with huge unsightly scar, severe post-operative pain and prolonged recovery time. Very few surgeons in the world perform minimally invasive or endoscopic skull base surgeries and Dr Nair is one among them. At SVASTII, we perform the endoscopic techniques for both anterior and lateral skull base surgeries which is more precise and a scarless technique. Dr Nair has performed over 500 endoscopic anterior and lateral skull base surgeries over the past five years with excellent results. Patients from all over the country and also international patients visit us for endoscopic skull base surgeries. Svastii has become a Center for Advanced Endoscopic Sinus and Skull Base Surgery.
